Our products are guaranteed to give 100% satisfaction in every way. Return anything purchased from us if it proves otherwise. We do not want you to have anything from Hudson Wholesale  that is not completely satisfactory.

Our guarantee is based on something as simple as a handshake! The deal that you'll be satisfied with your purchase, and if you are not, we'll make it right. We guarantee that we'll hold up our end of the bargain. It's just how we do business. If your purchase isn't completely satisfactory, we're happy to accept your exchange or return for items purchased directly from us.

Have your receipt?

Please include it with the items you wish to return or exchange and bring it with you to any of our stores. This way we can reimburse your original purchase price to either your original method of payment or use it to help exchange your item.

No receipt?

Please let us know as much information as you can about your purchase so that we can locate a record of your purchase. If we can't, we'll reimburse you with a Hudson Wholesale  showroom credit for the current selling price of the item or replace your item. To help ensure fairness to all customers, we do require a receipt in certain situations. Please see our Special Conditions for details.

Goods must be returned in 14 business days in the condition they were shipped and in complete size runs.

Special Conditions

To help protect our customers and make sure every return or exchange is dealt with fairly, in certain situations we may either require a receipt or decline a return or exchange, including:

We can't accept items for return that were not purchased directly from Jobber1 Wholesale (such as items purchased at stores or online sellers).

If an item has a missing label or it has been defaced, we can't accept it for return without a receipt because we can't be certain it was purchased directly from us.

On rare occasions we may find it necessary to require a receipt for returns and exchanges based on the nature of prior transactions.

In our showroom, if you do not have a receipt we can accept items for return or exchange.

For the safety of our employees, we can't accept items that have been soiled or contaminated until they have been cleaned.

Restocking fees: Any goods returned more than 21 days from the receipt of goods date will be subject to a 30% liquidation fee. We are constantly turning our inventory , approx 2 times a month. If we receive 6pc of an item back after it has gone out of stock, we have no recourse than to close it out at 30% less than we paid for it. We are loyal to our customers and will do what ever it takes to make your buying experience enjoyable. We only ask that that the professionalism shown to you be reciprocated.
